How is LotPilot different from AutoTrader or Cars.com?
Those are listing portals — you fill out a form, your contact info gets sold to multiple dealers, and you get cold-called. LotPilot connects you directly to the dealer with the car you want. No lead resellers, no auctions, no spam.
What does 'AI-Verified' on a listing mean?
LotPilot pulls inventory directly from dealer feeds and re-verifies every listing daily. The badge means the vehicle was confirmed on the lot and the listed price is current as of the last sync.
Can I really pre-qualify for financing without a hard credit pull?
Yes. Our pre-qualification uses a soft inquiry that doesn't affect your credit score. You'll see real rates and terms before you ever commit to a specific lender.
How do I book a test drive?
Open any vehicle detail page and tap 'Book Test Drive.' Enter your name, phone, email, and preferred time. The appointment is sent directly to the dealer's calendar — no phone tag, no waiting.
What happens to my contact info?
It goes to the specific dealer you're talking to about the specific vehicle you're interested in. We never sell, share, or rent your info to lead aggregators or third parties.
Account & privacy
Do I need an account to use LotPilot?
No. Browsing, asking questions, and exploring inventory don't require an account. You only share contact info when you message a dealer or book a test drive.
How do I delete my data?
Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data" from the address on file. We respond within 30 days.
I'm a California resident — what are my rights?
